Welcome to my kitchen! I’m a professional chef with a passion for creating accessible, real-world recipes. I’ve worked as a sous chef and recipe developer and I bring many years of culinary experience mixed with a deep love for the art and science of cooking.

Living with ADHD, I deeply resonate with the challenge of maintaining focus, so I design recipes and tips that simplify the cooking process, making it more enjoyable and approachable. Food is my favorite hyper-focus: I have an obsessive love of cooking food, taking pictures of food, writing about food, and, especially, eating food.
